Don’t Slip on the Ice

Even though I was really careful walking on the ice yesterday-it was like an ice rink here in Boise-I slipped. Fell backwards.  The back of my head slammed into ice hard as a rock. The sound resonated as did the pain. I was scared. Went immediately to my awesome chiropractor, Mick Tiegs at Northside Chiropractic.  Nothing permanent.  No concussion.  Just stiff. Ice and ibuprofen. It happened in a split moment and the result could have lasted a lifetime.  I am one grateful person.

Thank you, Lord, for my hard head!
